What to Expect
Your first session is an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and begin building a collaborative relationship. Sessions are 60 minutes and take place in a private, comfortable room at our Nerang practice — or via telehealth if preferred.
You don't need a referral to book. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
